I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not made up until late in the afternoon, and they seemed a bit on the smaller side. It was a bit noisy at midnight, which was a downside. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to take a shortcut through the laundry area. However, the fact that housekeeping carts were left in the hallway overnight was a bit off-putting. The location was great as it was near my work, so I didn't have to worry about morning traffic. Besides, it was close to the Columbus Convention Center and the Nationwide Arena. The hotel's dining options were limited, especially for late risers like my daughter. The a la carte dining style led to extra expenses for tips, which wasn't ideal. The overall facilities were satisfactory.
